Awards Committee
The Awards Committee plans and conducts an annual awards program to recognize those worthy for their achievements by awarding the James R. Ruffini Leadership and Mentorship Award. This award is given to a recipiant in recognition of their long-term diligent service to the organization and exemplification of the values of BOMA most specifically in the areas of recruitment and mentorship/leadership for the retention of both new and existing members and their unwavering support of the BOMA Kansas City values and traditions.Plans and conducts the activities leading to the selection of the Toby Office Building and Earth Awards.
